Gas Turbine Package Long Term Support Agreements
Long term support agreement containing broad scope of service encompassing all systems associated with control and operation of the core gas turbine. Such contracts include support of package control and fluid systems, instrumentation, protection and other supplementary equipment. Contracts may include sub-contracted support of other peripheral systems such as fire and gas protection equipment, the driven unit and its control and protection systems, vibration protection equipment etc. The degree of support can be tailored to site specific operators needs encompassing scheduled maintenance to fully comprehensive agreements providing a fixed cost. Alba Power SL customers who operate an existing maintenance agreement can view their site data, stock pool holdings and benefit from shared maintenance planning via the internet with secure access to their site 24 hours a day.
Gas Turbine Package Operation and Maintenance Management
Advisory and management service to customers and maintenance providers on the day to day operation of gas turbine equipment its maintenance requirements and contract management issues.
Technical Site Services
Provision of technical field personnel for specific site events. Installation and commissioning supervision, Fault diagnosis, scheduled or unscheduled response.
Specialist Maintenance Services
Alignment services, Vibration analysis, condition monitoring, lubricating oil analysis, emissions analysis, air quality testing and equipment condition monitoring.
Component Repairs
Management and handling of specialist component repairs, bladed component parts, coating replacement, specialist or high cost control valves, electronic items etc.
Controls Systems Services
Diagnosis and rectification of controls system faults utilising our in house broad base of systems knowledge. Supervision of commissioning activities and systems retrofit. Gas Turbine Repair Management
Our advisory service is available to a broad client base holding low level or no maintenance support agreement, where unscheduled repair or failure is excluded. Operators not in possession of in house technical gas turbine expertise to correctly handle a major failure or similar unplanned high cost events and as a consequence may be unable to minimise the cost they may incur. Our technically experienced repair advisory team are able to offer independent impartial advice on repair issues.
